Simple: fill, roll, lock & rock. Check out the video on our main page to see how easy it is. Get air into each of the 2 openings by moving the Papsac through the air. First the top opening; close it off; then the bottom one. Long sweeping motions work best. Always remember to keep the Papsac straight: do not twist it. Easy: unlock, roll & rock. When you’re done chilling on your Papsac, unlock the clasps & unfold the end. Most of the air will be released immediately. Roll up the Papsac from the closed end, fold it in half and stash it away in its cool carrier bag.
The PapSac will stay inflated for 4 to 6 hours.
Short answer: some pretty tough stuff. The outer layer is made of high-quality water-resistant nylon ripstop, which is both durable and lightweight. The thread pattern on the fabric makes it resistant to tears. All in all making the Papsac the perfect wingman for your outdoor adventures.
Indoors, outdoor, on sand, grass, paving, concrete, festival mud and even water – pretty much anywhere away from sharp objects like broken glass, super sharp rocks or open flames.
Sure thing! The airtight design of the PapSac makes it perfect for lounging in your pool. It’s important to know that the PapSac is NOT a flotation device and is not safe to use on open water or to float to Panama.
We’ve put a nifty loop at the bottom of the PapSac to secure it to the ground, your cooler box, umbrella or backpack. But the best way to keep it flat is to chill on it.
Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
Fully inflated, the Papsac is about 200cm x 80cm. The whole product weighs 1,4kg.
We recommend not more than 2 or 3 people depending on their weight: up to 200kg.
We ship our product world wide, wherever you are. Shipping within South Africa is for free and overseas shipping depends on where you are.
We accept credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) as well as payments via Payfast (the South African equivalent to Paypal).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once the item is dispatched to your address, we can only refund when the product has been returned and is in acceptable condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or not working through user error or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, not for user error etc. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, Eur45, Zar750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
